Tampa Bay has many unique and attractive neighborhoods; however, few can compare to Tampa’s Davis Island. One of Tampa’s most expensive neighborhoods, just 3 miles south of downtown Tampa, the island is well known for its affluence, multi-million-dollar waterfront homes, and outdoor attractions. Davis Islands was built on two man-made islands at the mouth of the Hillsborough River. The islands are connected by bridges where residents can travel over to get to the top-notch shops, restaurants, and nightlife.  The residents get to enjoy the dog friendly Davis Island Beach, as well as the private Davis Island Yacht Club.
