Tampa’s Channel District, also known as, “Channelside,” is one of the fastest growing areas of the Tampa Bay area. Mixed-use high-rise condominiums, shops, nightclubs, bars, dining, and entertainment venues, offers plenty to do for the locals of Channelside.
